Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between TrairX Technology O.Ü ("Company"), established under Estonian law, and users ("User") of the Checkly mobile application and www.checkly.tech website ("Platform").

1.2. The Platform is a location-based social discovery service that enables users to check-in, interact with nearby users, and receive AI-powered recommendations.

2.1. The Platform is available only to individuals 18 years or older.

2.2. You must provide accurate date of birth during registration.

2.3. Age verification may be conducted. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be permanently terminated.

3.1. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3.3. One person may create only one account.

Users must not:

• Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech
• Post pornographic or inappropriate content
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Send spam or commercial content
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Engage in illegal activities

5.1. The Platform uses GPS data to provide location-based services.

5.2. Location sharing is optional and can be disabled anytime.

5.3. When you check-in, your location is visible to other users during your premium membership period.

6.1. Premium memberships are monthly subscriptions.

6.2. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

6.3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

6.4. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7.1. All Platform content, design, and software are owned by the Company.

7.2. You retain ownership of content you share but grant the Company a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

8.2. The Company is not responsible for user interactions.

8.3. The Company is not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.

9.2. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
